What we do

Mastery-based cohorts in a small number of genuinely marketable skills, where progression requires demonstrated competence rather than attendance. Every module ends in a real deliverable assessed against a published rubric by a practitioner, and the programme ends with a portfolio of four real projects, at least two for actual clients sourced through the programme, plus a documented reference. No certificate is issued for time served. Job search support is structural: portfolio review, outreach coaching and introductions to hiring partners.

Who we built it for

• Career changers

  People aged 24 to 45 without degrees, or with degrees that led nowhere, who have the discipline but no credential.

• Underemployed graduates

  Graduates who have been burned by cheap online courses and need evidence of work to show an employer.

The problem

Online education has a completion problem and a credibility problem.

People buy courses, watch a third, and have nothing to show an employer.

Bootcamps cost 15,000 dollars and place graduates into a market that no longer trusts the certificate.
